Delicious coffee from our friends of Buenos Aires Farm located in the town of Neira Caldas. This is our more traditional coffee. With a medium roast, it will offer a drink with dark chocolate and sugar notes complemented by some traces of tangerine and a hint of vanilla.
Our idea with this coffee is to offer you the possibility to try what a high altitude, specialty coffee from Colombia represents without going too far from the traditional coffee we all grew up with. It is kind of the entry point to our coffee offering.
This coffee will be ideal to brew in your automatic coffee drip machine as well as producing a delicious espresso shot or any espresso based beverage. If you want to brew Alta Gracia in pour over, those delicate notes like citrus and vanilla will be more noticeable.
This is a delicious coffee to drink it black, with milk or your favourite milk substitute.
